How to purchase Public Dinar
Price booking

1. Call 04-6449999 and you will be quoted a live spot selling price in Ringgit Malaysia or you can log on to our website at www.publicdinar.com  to check the price or alternatively you may send Short Message Service (SMS) through mobile phone.

2. The transportation cost is as below:

3. If you confirm the order, you will receive an agreement by email or fax stated the terms and conditions together with your total purchase price.
4. Upon agreement, the payment have to bank in within 1 ½ hours. The time limit will be stated on the agreement.

6. Please bring together your original bank in slip to us for gold items collection.
7. Our business hour stated as below:
   Monday to Saturday   from 9am – 7pm
   Sunday                         from 9am – 4pm
   
   If your order is made before 1pm, then you are allowed to do your payment before 4pm. If your order is made after 1pm, then you just can delay the payment until the next day before 1pm. If you would like to purchase after banking hours, your payment can only be done by using the payment method below:

8. An Order Confirmation will be sending by email to you while we confirm your order upon receive of your payment.
9. Arrangement to pick up your purchase items from our HQ, branches or dealers. Delivery service will only provided for a minimum order of RM100, 000 (West Malaysia) and RM200, 000 (East Malaysia).

How to sell back Public Dinar to us

Walk-in

1. Bring along your dinar and walk-in to our HQ office or any of our dealers (for small quantities only) and you will be quoted a live spot buying price.
2. If you agree with the buying price, we will proceed your deal immediately.
3. Our Sales Personnel will request the Certificate of Authenticity from you. Please be informed that there is a penalty charge if you are unable to provide the Certificate of Authenticity.
4. Our Sales Personnel will do a density test to justify the weight and the purity of the gold.
5. We will issue a receipt / bill to you.
6. You will receive the payment within 1working day.
